This service is for EMERGENCIES ONLY.

To reach our emergency service:
Call our main phone number (617) 266-1168 and press extension ( 8 ).

When calling, leave the following information on the voice mail:
1. Your name
2. Your address including apartment number
3. Your phone number.
4. Description of the emergency.

This service is for Emergencies only.
If you leave a message in this mailbox that is not an emergency your account will be charged $50.00.

Examples of emergencies:
1) Fire (Call the Fire department first, 911, and then our emergency line)
2) Apartment break-in / theft (Call Police department first, 911, and then our emergency line)
3) Fire alarm activated (Call the Fire department first, 911, and then our emergency line)
4) No heat or hot water
5) Lock out ($80.00 cash fee payable at time of re-entry)
6) Major leaks causing damage to the property
7) Frozen pipes
