Heath Properties is pleased to offer all of our current tenants a referral fee or rental deduction for any referral of a new tenant(s) that results in a signed lease for any of our upcoming apartments available for now or September.

Compensation for referrals is as follows:

Studios or 1 Bedrooms: $50
2 Bedrooms: $100
3 Bedrooms: $150
4 or more Bedrooms: $200

**If you are currently living in an apartment and looking for a roomate to live with you, this does not constitute a referral**

***You will not receive compensation for referring yourself or a current Heath Properties tenant to rent one of our other apartments***

****Referral fees will be paid to you upon the completion of the deal, all paperwork and monies must be presented in advance of the referral fee being paid.****
